The name Dancing Duckling felt fitting for a children’s boutique because part of it holds a special place in my heart. My grandmother, whom we lovingly refer to as Duck, and I have always had a close relationship. She’s been such a support system and great encouragement throughout my life. I now enjoy seeing her interact with her ten great grandchildren. Growing up as a little girl in Rome, GA, Duck would perform singing and tap dancing routines with her sister on the radio. Therefore, the name, Dancing Duckling, came to be!

 

At Dancing Duckling, we are thrilled to help you dress your precious littles and soak up all the sweet memories as the days and years fly by way too quickly. We strive to provide classic styles, with affordability in mind, and want your children to have the perfect outfits for special occasions as well as everyday play.

 

Based in Birmingham, AL, I recently decided to open this store as I have a love for sweet children’s clothing since becoming a mama to our little boy. Romans 15:13 says, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” This is my prayer for each of us, as I know God holds our children in His hands. May we be just a small part of your journey of loving your little ones.
